Refunds are available to students who drop their classes early in the term.

Winter Term Refunds

The last day to drop a winter course and be eligible for a tuition refund is December 26, 2011.  Please see the winter calendar for details. 

Summer Term Refunds

Refund deadlines for the Summer Term vary by session and are posted on the Summer calendar.

Fee Refunds

The Financial Aid Trust Fee, Health and Recreation Fee, Information Technology Fee, and Arizona Student Association Fee are refundable only if a student drops or withdraws prior to the first day of the term or if a class has been canceled.
